Job Description

The role involves directing marketing strategies, analyzing financial results, leading marketing plans, recruiting staff, supporting operations, and integrating customer feedback systems for Car Wash within Circle K.

Job Responsibility

  • Expand brand presence in each market by developing an annual marketing plan
  • Analyze financial results
  • Recommend promotions and category changes to meet/exceed goals
  • Oversee implementation of marketing plans and initiatives
  • Support sites with marketing tools to deliver KPIs
  • Prepare an annual marketing budget
  • Improve results of under-performing assets
  • Recruit, select, and orient employees
  • Train, coach, and counsel employees
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Work with the global digital team
  • Launch Talk to Us platform
  • Monitor global car wash customer insights and trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Ten years of Field Marketing experience or more preferred, including a minimum of seven years of marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to deliver results
  • Budget management and team leadership
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
  • May require up to 30% travel
