Job Description

The job involves maintaining and repairing car wash equipment, troubleshooting various systems, adhering to safety protocols, and other maintenance-related responsibilities. The role accommodates different skill levels (Tech I, II, III) and focuses on competencies such as hydraulics, welding, electrical, and plumbing.

Job Responsibility

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and test electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic issues
  • read and interpret manuals, work orders, schematics, and other equipment documentation
  • operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
  • comply with all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  • work efficiently when juggling multiple projects
  • follow all appearance, uniform, and grooming standards
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of moderate-to-advanced level experience in breakdown industrial and production maintenance preferred
  • moderate experience in at least four of the following competencies: electrical, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, plumbing
  • strong written and oral communication skills

  • ability to be flexible when adopting new processes and procedures
  • comfortable working independently and as a member of a team
  • dedication to honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct
  • strong time management skills and experience with planning and troubleshooting

  • ability to work indoors or outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
  • ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motion, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders
  • possess and maintain a valid driver license and be able to pass a criminal background check
