Main duties consist of performing maintenance on Holiday owned carwashes and related equipment of all makes and models. Analyze electronic and mechanical problems and complete repairs as required. Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people. Maintain company assets, including service vehicles, tools and equipment. Regular contact with supervisor, car wash category manager and store personnel. Self-starter who enjoys working independently with-in a team environment. Required to carry a pager and be available for emergencies on a regular basis. Work day and work hours will vary as determined and seasons require. Evenings and weekend work may be required. Complete company forms and reports accurately and completely including logs of daily work and store visits. Technician may be dispatched or routed via car wash dispatcher. Work Oasis or the help desk and communicate to stores, supervisors, helpdesk personal and outside vendors as needed. Other duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Technical school education preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of electro mechanical equipment
Excellent mechanical background
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to perform work with minimal or no supervision or assistance
Demonstrated knowledge of equipment maintenance and OSHA regulations
Good mechanical abilities and a good understanding of mechanical systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and trouble shoot electrical issues using a Volt/Ohm meter
Excellent communication skills
Clean driving record
2-4 years in maintenance with equipment maintenance preferred
Ability to interface between equipment and computer programs
