Car Wash Dispatcher

Management and assignment of car wash work orders via Nuvolo. Coordination and dispatching of the Holiday car wash maintenance team and external vendors to required job sites as directed by electronic service requests or other. Dispatching duties also involve the operating and managing of Holiday’s electronic call logging/work order programs, computer programs, and other internet-based programs as directed. Another key focus of this position is to provide first-line contact and troubleshooting support to the stores requesting service. The Car Wash Maintenance Dispatcher will attempt to troubleshoot reported problems with the stores to potentially resolve issues without dispatching service to the site. If troubleshooting does not resolve the issues, the dispatcher will direct an internal tech or outside vendor to the site.
