Car Wash Customer Service Representative

• Greeting customers and answering questions
• Explaining wash options available
• Assisting customers at pay stations
• Fielding customer inquiries
• Guiding customer vehicles into wash tunnel
• Performing cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage and sweeping lot
• Using pressure washer to clean wash bay
• Following dress and appearance code
• Customer interaction (70% of time)
• Site upkeep and cleaning (20% of time)
• Opening/closing procedures (5% of time)
• Basic troubleshooting of daily duties (5% of time)

• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
• Ability to work as a team
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Customer service and some sales experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand and walk throughout workday
• Ability to work in damp and humid conditions
• Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions
• Ability to lift objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
• Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision
