Job Description:

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options, assisting customers at pay stations, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash. You will also perform other duties as assigned and adhere to the dress and appearance code.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options
Stand at pay stations and assist customers
Field customer inquiries
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
Physical demands: Stand and walk throughout the workday, use of hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stop, crouch and kneel, work in damp and humid conditions, work in outdoor variable weather conditions, lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs, expose to noise
