Car Wash Assistant Manager

• Train, and coach staff
• Perform activities around employee engagement and recognition
• Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed
• Train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Report incidents to Site Manager
• Ensure safety procedures compliance
• Ensure vehicle damage claim procedures compliance
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Work opposite shift of Site Manager

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening
• Experience with team building
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role

Supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash, or lube store
