Job Description:

The Car Wash Assistant Manager Level 2 requires the ability to train and coach staff, assume supervisory responsibilities, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide exceptional customer service. This role includes shift supervision, incident reporting, compliance with safety protocols, and working outdoors in variable weather conditions. Candidates should have retail experience, preferably in a managerial role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Train and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition
Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed
Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards
Provide prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolve customer issues
Ensure customers are satisfied and inquiries, incidents, and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Report all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage) to the Site Manager
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Work opposite shift of Site Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred
Leadership and communication skills including active listening
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Nice to have:

Retail experience in a supervisory/management role
Supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store
