Job Responsibility

Train, and coach staff
Perform activities around employee engagement and recognition
Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed
Train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions
Provide prompt, courteous customer service
Resolve customer issues professionally
Report incidents to Site Manager
Ensure safety procedures compliance
Ensure vehicle damage claim procedures compliance
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
