Car Wash Assistant Manager 2

• Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition
• Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed
• Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues
• Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site Manager
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
• Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening
• Experience with team building
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role
• Ability to have open availability
• Ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager
• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Use of hands
• reach with hands and arms
• Climb or balance
• stop, crouch and kneel
• The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions
• The employee must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs

Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply
