Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join us as a Valeter at our Accident Repair Centre in Darlington. The main purpose of the role is to clean cars to a standard that reinforces the customers’ feeling that they have received first-class service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Wash, vacuum, clean and polish all cars using approved materials and equipment
  • Carry out overall presentation checks and cleanliness of the repaired vehicle
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Keep the car park tidy
  • Liaise with reception to ensure courtesy cars are cleaned and checked out ready for collection

Requirements:

  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Minimum of 3 years experience preferred

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolves customer complaints including but not limited to any car damages or parking concerns, luggage services, or house car related issues, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc
  • Greets all guests and residents passing through Front Door and offers them assistance
  • Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
