Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from our diverse range
Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge about the vehicles, features, and financing options
Negotiate sales agreements and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Stay up to date with the latest automotive industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
Participate in promotional events and dealership activities to showcase our offerings
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company policies throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Proven experience in car sales or a related sales role, ideally within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence is essential
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required
