We’re looking for Car Sales Executives from retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing sales backgrounds who want to turn their people skills into a high‑earning, long‑term career. You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Building relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
  • Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales
  • Confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people
  • Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
  • Want a career where effort is properly recognised
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

  • E-signing and E-contracting are required whenever applicable
  • Ensure deal structure meets bank approval guidelines & terms, LTV, Back-end allowance, Contract rate, Bank fees, etc., prior to contracting
  • Confirm and verify proof of insurance with customers, insurance agents, prior to contracting
  • Confirm and verify trade payoffs prior to contracting customers when applicable
  • Obtain and handle customer deposits/downpayments according to company policy and process
