As a Sales Executive at Paul Rigby Ltd, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients and driving sales within the automotive sector. Job Responsibility:
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable products and services
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using our CRM system
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations to customers
Develop a strong understanding of our product range, including vehicles, parts, and automotive services
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Work closely with the marketing and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to build a career in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
