Job Description

We're looking for a detail oriented, experienced, and passionate person to join our Components Processing team. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment, inspecting, cleaning, and packaging a wide range of vehicle parts, from headlights to engines. You’ll ensure that every part leaving our site meets the highest quality standards and is ready for dispatch to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Swing shift pattern, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday): 6:00am–3:00pm one week / 3:00pm–12:00am the next
  • Inspecting car parts to ensure they are in sound order with no damage
  • Preparing parts ready for quality control checks and photography
  • Tagging and marking all parts correctly
  • Photographing parts to company standards
  • Ensuring tagged parts are stored in designated areas
  • Processing damaged parts where required
  • Packaging products to the highest quality for dispatch
  • Working closely with Warehouse, Production Line and Quality Control team mates

Requirements

  • A personal interest in cars or some mechanics experience is ideal
  • Good basic knowledge of vehicle parts
  • Manual handling experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Good IT skills, comfortable using mobile devices and tablets
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work within a team
