Job Description:

As a Car Park Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our truck stop operates smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guild Parking Vehicles: Efficiently guild parking vehicles to maximise space utilisation.
  • Welcoming Customers: Greet customers and visitors with a warm smile and assist them according to company procedures.
  • Monitoring Vehicles: Keep track of all vehicles entering the truck stop and maintain accurate records.
  • Processing Payments: Handle payments from customers and update computer records accordingly.
  • General Administration: Support the truck stop administration team as needed.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in the cleaning and upkeep of the facility to ensure a pleasant environment.
  • Additional Duties: Be adaptable and ready to help with other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolves customer complaints including but not limited to any car damages or parking concerns, luggage services, or house car related issues, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc
  • Greets all guests and residents passing through Front Door and offers them assistance
  • Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
