As a Car Mechanic in the Assembly Plant at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in a highly automated workshop equipped with robots
  • Identify deviations in vehicle production and assembly, determine necessary corrective actions, and ensure smooth processes
  • Record identified issues in the BMW system and manage necessary administrative steps to support quality assurance
  • Based on process descriptions, carry out repairs and ensure high-quality assembly of vehicles
  • Take part in extensive training program
  • Contribute to improving production quality by providing feedback and suggestions

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed secondary vocational education
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance or repair gained in a factory environment, car dealership, agricultural machinery service center, workshop, or during vocational training
  • Open to learning about automotive electronics
  • Work accurately and enjoy collaborating in a team
  • Native-level Hungarian required
  • Willing to work in alternating shifts once production begins
  • Hold a category B driver’s license and use it actively
  • Basic computer skills required for documentation and administration tasks

Nice to have:

  • Specialization in automotive electronics or agricultural machinery mechanics
  • Basic knowledge of English or German
