  • Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community
  • Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain
  • Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
  • Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
  • Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
