Captive Insurance Manager

• Manage the insurance policies and claims of the captive portfolio
• Assist the Group Insurance/Risk Managers to implement group risk management solutions
• Work closely with brokers on renewal programs and finalise documentations on a timely basis
• Ensure all premiums booked are correct and meet the premium due date
• Ensure claims fall within policy’s T&C
• Work closely with adjusters, lawyers and liaise with the servicing team on premiums and other insurance related matters
• Provide reports to the HOD on a monthly basis

• 5+ years of experience in the general insurance or broking industry
• Possession of professional insurance qualifications, E.g. ACII or ANZIIF highly preferred
• Strong product knowledge on general insurance industry and familiar with policies and claims process
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task with good time management skills and a sense of ownership

Experience in captive insurance is highly preferred
