Job Description:

Join one of the most prestigious hotels in Crete as a Captain to lead a top-tier hospitality team, deliver luxury experiences, and ensure exceptional service to guests.

Job Responsibility:

Lead our service team with confidence and charisma
Coordinate with management to set and maintain service standards
Welcome and seat guests, ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience
Manage reservations efficiently, optimizing table turnover
Liaise between the kitchen and the dining room for smooth service
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
Mentor and train team members to uphold our service

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
