Job Responsibility

Responsible for a specific station
Be present on the floor to make sure that service runs smoothly
Serve and clear food in cooperation with the Assistant Captain
Communicate well with the Assistant Captain and runner in order to provide the correct sequence of service
Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
Engage the guests to create positive dining experiences
Execute on-going, pre- and post-shift side work
Open and close the dining room and beverage station as needed
Be knowledgeable of the dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer any questions from the guest
