Requirements

  • Minimum 3700 hours total time for First Officers excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft (Accelerated command)
  • Minimum 500 hours total time on A320 type for Captains
  • Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
  • Maximum 58 years of age for Captains
  • Maximum 40 years of age for First officers
  • Valid A320 type rating
  • Approved Class 1 Medical
  • Minimum English Language Proficiency level 4
  • Final exemption or release from military service
  • Educational Certificates: A minimum of high school or higher
  • Proven track record in multi-crew environments
  • A commitment to safety and a passion for exceptional passenger experiences

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
