Job Description

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for preparing high quality pizzas and related menu items in accordance with established recipes, standards, and operational procedures. This role ensures consistent product quality, maintains a clean and efficient workstation, and supports smooth kitchen operations during all service periods.

  • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters

  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
  • Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials

  • Experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
