Job Description

Join us to embed risk-by-design across development, design and construction—moving beyond traditional registers to predictive, data‑driven risk management. You’ll work in multidisciplinary squads with planners, commercial managers and engineers, leveraging QRA, scenario modelling and live data to inform contingency, confidence levels and executive decision-making. At senior levels, you’ll shape portfolio‑wide risk strategies, standards and digital enablement.

  • Lead/support risk processes aligned to agreed frameworks and digitally enabled workflows
  • Facilitate structured risk workshops and drive data quality—linking risks to schedule, cost and commercial assumptions for traceability
  • Track emerging risks and mitigation performance with live KPIs
  • escalate against tolerances using visual risk signals
  • Deliver QRA/QSRA to inform contingency and confidence
