Requirements

  • Contract & Commercial Management (NEC / FIDIC / JCT)
  • Administer/manage contracts, ensuring robust change control, compensation events/variations, early warnings, claims strategy and commercial governance
  • Draft and advise on contract strategy, procurement routes and delivery models tailored to energy, transport and infrastructure contexts
  • Build collaborative relationships with clients and supply chain
