Job Description:

Capital Planning and Management is a division that owns the enterprise-wide capital planning and management processes for Citigroup and its legal entities, and ensures integrity and efficiency of Citigroup and CBNA capital profiles. The role is fundamental to ensuring the safety & soundness of Citigroup and the financial system in the US and globally.

Job Responsibility:

Execute formulation and setting of strategic direction for capital planning and management processes
Use subject matter expertise to aid revenue areas to improve efficiency
Deliver forecasting and stress testing production process
Manage analytics including in-depth financial analysis
Aid assessment of relevant processes and ensure appropriate existence and effectiveness of controls
Remediate outstanding Regulatory, Risk Management, and Audit Issues
Identify areas for improvement across the process

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience
Strong knowledge of banking products/systems
Substantive knowledge of different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function
Knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services
Understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business
Working knowledge of capital rules and regulations (CCAR, Basel III, SR 15-18, 12 CFR 225.8)
Excellent communication skills
Able to navigate through a large organization
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks
Ability to work well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree from a recognized higher education institution
