Join our team as a Capital Markets & Sponsor Coverage Expert, where you will help shape and execute complex fundraising and capital allocation strategies for one of the world’s largest companies. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned bankers and finance professionals to leverage their advanced capital markets expertise in a dynamic, high-impact, and flexible remote role. Work remotely with a best-in-class team on projects that drive strategic direction at a global scale. If you thrive in high-performance environments and want to make an impact at one of the world’s largest organizations, we invite you to join our customer’s team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead analysis and execution of advanced capital markets transactions, including IPO models and SPAC math
  • Advise on sponsor economics, covering carried interest waterfall structures, co-investment models, and management incentive plans
  • Support bespoke transactional structuring, such as Reverse Morris Trusts (RMT) and other tailored deal strategies
  • Construct and refine detailed deal models, including sensitivity analyses and leverage optimization
  • Provide actionable insights on market access and fundraising approaches, guiding internal stakeholders and sponsors
  • Collaborate across teams to drive capital allocation decisions and optimize sponsor-level economics
  • Draft and deliver high-quality written and verbal communications to senior leadership and investor audiences

Requirements:

  • Proven years of capital markets, investment banking, or equivalent experience at Tier 1 companies in the U.S.

  • Proficiency in bespoke transactions, especially Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) structures
  • Advanced deal modeling capabilities, with focus on sensitivity analysis and leverage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—clarity, precision, and the ability to distill complex concepts
  • Self-starter with strong stakeholder management abilities and high attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Buy-side, private equity, or corporate development background with post-PE associate experience
  • Exposure to high-growth environments or Fortune 500 corporate finance teams
  • Track record of supporting C-suite or board-level presentations and decision-making
