Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Capital Markets Product Developer to drive the development and enhancement of our financial products. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and product development lifecycles. A key differentiator will be the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance product offerings, streamline processes, and gain a competitive advantage.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and launch
apply deep knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and market dynamics to develop and refine product offerings
identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI technologies into capital markets products
collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications
create detailed product specifications, including functional requirements, data requirements, and user interface (UI) designs
work closely with technology teams to ensure successful development and implementation of product features
conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience in capital markets product development or a related role
deep understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading strategies
familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices
familiarity with AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling
familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have:

experience applying AI to solve problems in capital markets.
