Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist within the Listed Options Clearing and Settlement team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. The Listed Options Operations team is part of the Prime Services Operations and is responsible for the front to back processing and reconciliation of options activity traded on US option exchanges and clearing via the Options Clearing Corporation.

Job Responsibility:

Support the execution, clearing, reconciliation and settlement of the listed options product
Support both the Prime Brokerage and Trading business units
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
Conduct street-side reconciliation of books and records vs the Options Clearing Corporation
Perform Exercise and Assignment processes including daily and option Expiry processing
Work with Collateral Management, Trade Management and Processing
Perform Intersystem reconciliations and processing of commission payable/receivables

Requirements:

2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience
Working knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Listed Options Clearance, OCC policies/procedures and collateral requirements
Ability to work with both external and internal clients
Detailed working knowledge of the OCC
Working knowledge of Broadridge
Ability to work in a team environment as well as operate independently
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail
Very organized, able to deal with high volumes, and prioritize workload
