Job Description:

Our client is a prestigious, sizeable, and reputable full-services international law firm with a top-tier corporate finance practice, servicing a range of financial services and blue-chip companies in the Real Estate, TMT and Securities sectors, amongst others.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a number of Partners in a collaborative team on capital markets transactions

Requirements:

Experience in capital markets work, predominantly HK side IPO
Listing Rules compliance, public and private M&A preferred
Driven, ambitious, 'client-first' mindset
Excellent English and Chinese required
LL.B. or J.D. preferred
HK, PRC, US, UK, AUS or SG qualifications
2-5 PQE
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Solid capital markets experience
Ideally both sponsor and company side experience
