  • Take the lead on ad hoc or non-standard deal structuring that falls outside of typical capital markets processes
  • Help expand and refine our legal approach to debt-focused product offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with business, legal, and product teams on a broad range of capital markets initiatives

Requirements:

  • JD with strong experience in structured finance and capital markets law, particularly on the debt side
  • Comfort navigating unstructured or unusual deal formats
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, especially when working in custom deal contexts
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and communicate clearly with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Interest or experience in ad hoc capital markets work
  • Prior in-house experience at an asset manager or financial institution
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for debt issuance and structured products
