Job Responsibility

  • Support capital raising initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and company presentations
  • Assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, forecasting, and capital structure analysis
  • Coordinate due diligence requests and manage transaction documentation
  • Assist with strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives
  • Help maintain relationships with financing partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and other ad hoc financial projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, private credit or a similar financial environment
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
