Job Description:

Join us as Capital Market Specialist in Taiwan. Managing capital market activities with both internal and external stakeholders for Allianz Global Investors in Taiwan. Drive the growth of local ETF business through strategy planning and execution according to the latest market and regulatory environment while continuously managing both primary and secondary market activities for listed ETFs.

Job Responsibility:

PD / LP management, from initial contracting to ongoing collaborations
Establish and sustain healthy relationships with securities companies
Assist in client coverage together with existing sales teams
Manage large ETF flows
Monitor and manage daily ETF status including spreads, premium/ discounts, liquidity, and execution quality etc.
Based on market, industry, and regulations, provide insights on risks / opportunities and support product development / launch
Work closely with Tech & Ops to ensure AllianzGI seamless integrate into Taiwan ETF ecosystem
Internal and External education on the ETF structure, trading, and overall market status / outlook

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree (or equivalent)
SITE/SICE relevant licenses
5 -10 years’ experience in financial industry
At least 3 years’ experience directly related with ETFs at either broker or SITE side
Strong financial experience and brokerage relationships
Experience with Bloomberg
Fluency in Mandarin
Fluent in MS -Office
Create Thinker/Analytical/Problem Solver
Entrepreneurial- willing to help build the ETF business
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Written and Verbal English proficiency
