Job Responsibility

  • Conduct market research on Industrial Park Real Estate (including ready-built factories and warehouses for rent) and provide necessary information to banks for loan approvals
  • Work directly with banks to obtain exchange rate quotes and weekly term deposit interest rates as required by superiors
  • Process and prepare post-loan documentation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team and Direct Manager

Requirements

  • 4th-year student majoring in Finance, Banking, or Economics majors
  • Commitment to have full-time internship up to 6 months (Monday to Friday)
  • Agile, hardworking, and possess a strong learning spirit
