The role which we are hiring for is a Custody Asset Servicing Senior Analyst.

Job Responsibility

  • Applying information from golden sources to operating systems.
  • Monitoring and handling exceptions based on experience and knowledge.
  • Acting at the right time in line with operational manuals.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational and technical issues.
  • Develop your expertise to become a key resource for knowledge in the Corporate Action Event Capture area.
  • Provide valuable support to operational readiness teams, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about technological upgrades within the processing systems and contribute to recommendations for their adoption.
  • Participate in UAT testing and analysis of received evidence for technological upgrades.
  • Assist in training junior staff, fostering skill development and helping to elevate the team's overall competency.
  • Contribute to the development of operational and technical training materials and documentation to share knowledge within the team.
  • Help maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for the specified domain.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal clients, product management, operational readiness, and business units, to ensure successful process execution.
  • Work with internal and external teams, representing the team in operational discussions.
  • Assist in identifying potential operational risks and challenges.
  • Ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of financial instruments (experience with Corporate Action Asset Servicing is a plus).
  • Solid operational experience.
  • A background in operating across multiple operating systems.
  • The ability to review documentation, such as prospectuses and circulars, and extract key information.
  • The ability to compose clear, customer-friendly summaries of actions and important information from reviewed documentation.
  • The ability to analyse processes and identify inherent risks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong team player and a self-starter.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process monitoring and oversight.
  • Project management and implementation skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
