Ensure controls are in place to effectively track and manage the budget to avoid under/over spend
Provide support to the service line team to track actual spends and enable accurate forecasting
Perform Accruals / Provisions / Prepayments / Reclassifications as required
Manage the budget transfer process with various stakeholders
