Job Description

The Capital Delivery Sourcing Professional supports the sourcing strategy for Capital Delivery within the Roofing and Asphalt business units. Key areas of responsibility include supplier management, cost reduction initiatives, and benchmarking—achieved through strategic negotiations and material substitution. This role is accountable for performance against defined sourcing metrics and collaborates with Commercial teams to maintain and diversify supply lines. The position also manages cross-functional relationships across departments such as Legal, Engineering, and plant-level procurement teams, ensuring alignment and execution of sourcing objectives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related subject required
  • At least 5 years of work experience in supply chain, sourcing or business role
  • Engineering or construction contracts experience required
  • Strong international sourcing experience with complex, strategic, multi-year contracts in a multinational corporate environment
  • Proven track record of growth and success in previous roles
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environments
  • Agile and responsive to changing demands
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-30%
