Job Description

The candidate will focus on supporting the company's financial risk management activities, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk. The candidate will help monitor and analyse risk exposures, prepare reports that support decision-making, and coordinate with teams across Finance, Trading, Accounting, Legal, and other business areas. They will also manage risk-related documentation and databases, support onboarding processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and risk management practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare recurring reports, analysis and presentations on financial risk exposures and hedging activities
  • Monitor FX mismatches (including USD and EDPR Shared Facilities) and support the preparation of hedging proposals
  • Maintain databases related to counterparties, business allocation, trading documentation and internal controls
  • Support ISDA negotiations, onboarding of counterparties, KYC processes and legal documentation
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office to ensure the timely completion of operational activities
  • Assist in audit requests, regulatory reporting and internal documentation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reporting tools
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties

  • Performing as a core part of IM's Private Credit Portfolio Management and Investment team, the data analyst will be responsible for data and data projects to support both internal and external clients
  • Supporting client portfolio management responsibilities, including preparing materials to support making investment decisions on behalf of external clients following stated investment guidelines, helping with data to maintain client portfolios, helping track and ensure portfolios remain in compliance, and other data tracking regarding on-going production and investment results
