Job Description

Bridget Killen from Robert Half is looking for an experienced fundraising professional passionate about early childhood education and nonprofit work. Our client is seeking a Part-Time Capital Campaign Manager to drive fundraising efforts in Eugene, Oregon. This position can be remote, but you must reside within the Eugene area for occasional in-person meetings and events.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the capital campaign, from strategy development and donor prospecting to event execution and stewardship
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to reach campaign milestones
  • Develop compelling campaign materials, donor communications, and proposals
  • Manage campaign data and reporting to ensure transparency and ongoing progress
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, development, or capital campaign management
  • Relevant background in early childhood education or the nonprofit sector
  • Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising or leading capital campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Self-directed work ethic with strong time management skills
  • Must live in Eugene, Oregon
