The CapEx and Public Funding Controller will be part of the small, but growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. As such, the individual will – together with a colleague – be responsible for the budgeting and planning of the CapEx projects for the Roseville site. The individual will be responsible for the successful management and monitoring of budgets on WBS element level and will be working closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the CapEx planning. As the CapEx investments qualify for various public funding sources, the successful candidate will be working on applications as well as the reporting to relevant public funding stakeholders. In addition, the individual will – together with the CTG team – work on the MBR, CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series as well as the reconciliation of IFRS and MBR results. The successful candidate works independently in SAP/R3 and understands the role as a true business partner.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible with a colleague for the budgeting and planning of the CapEx projects for the Roseville site
Managing and monitoring of CapEx budgets on WBS element level
Collaborating closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the CapEx planning
Working on public funding applications and reporting to governmental agencies
Joint work on MBR, CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series
reconciliation of IFRS and MBR results
Work independently in SAP/R3 CO-module
Prepare financial presentations and support reviews for local exec. management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment with experience in CapEx projects
Advanced SAP/R3 skills required
ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO module
Advanced knowhow of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
Strong communications skills with a proven business partner mindset
A self-motivated, conscientious, team player with business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise
Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment
