We’re looking for a performance-driven and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a CAPEX Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end capital expenditure accounting, balance sheet analysis, and financial reporting related to CAPEX and fixed assets. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Coca-Cola HBC Group, gaining international exposure while contributing directly to the company’s financial performance.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full CAPEX accounting cycle – capitalization, disposals, impairments, depreciation, and asset movements
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of assets under construction (AUC)
Handle lease accounting under IFRS 16, ensuring compliance and proper reporting
Prepare and analyze cash flow reporting related to capital expenditures
Calculate and post asset-related provisions and accruals
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Lead and support period-end closing activities for CAPEX
Deliver detailed balance sheet analyses and provide actionable insights
Support internal and external audits related to the CAPEX area
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the General Accounting function
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational organization
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
Strong Excel skills – confident in working with large datasets, reporting, and analysis
Fluency in English – both written and spoken
