Job Description

Join the team at Coca-Cola HBC and become the driving force behind the strategic decisions that define our future manufacturing plants, Capex investments, and fleet. In this role, we are looking for a financial expert who, beyond fixed asset accounting, acts as a true business partner to project managers and department heads.

Job Responsibility

  • Investment Control: Ensure the financial integrity of high-value projects (e.g., manufacturing line installations, warehouse developments). Manage the entire CAPEX planning process including depreciation, cash flow, and actual vs. budget analysis—throughout the monthly closing cycles
  • Equipment Management: Take ownership of the financial lifecycle of placed assets. Prepare ROI calculations, manage accruals for repairs and maintenance of our cooler devices, forecast new deployments, and perform post-implementation reviews
  • Fleet & Leasing Control: Maintain IFRS-compliant records for our vehicle fleet, handling lease payments, depreciation schedules, and accruals for missing invoices
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with project managers and department heads. Provide proactive insights on financial planning, budget management, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Process Excellence: Coordinate the fixed asset inventory process, keep analytics updated, and ensure the absolute accuracy of system data

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in finance or connecting disciplines
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • At least 2 years of dedicated CAPEX experience, OR 3–5 years of solid general controlling experience with strong analytical skills
  • You think beyond the numbers

  • Excellent stakeholder management, you can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders
