Job Description:

As a Capacity Manager, you are responsible for optimizing resource planning and managing demand and supply within Business Services. You ensure operational excellence, sustainable employability, and support the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and optimizing resources for projects and managed services
Analyzing productivity and providing advice on improvements to increase margins
Managing billability programs
Conducting CV quality audits
Promoting future-ready capabilities
Coordinating freelancers and subcontractors including contract management and negotiations
Acting as Single Point of Contact for bench management
Tracking requests and placements in internal tools
Monitoring end dates and extensions
Sharing placement and rate overviews with business units
Managing onboarding, learning tracks, and stand-ups
Calculating costs and rates to ensure optimal margins

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
3+ years of experience in resource planning or capacity management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience in contract management and negotiations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
