Job Description

The Capability Delivery Partner drives learning in APAC, delivering programs via virtual, in-person, and online formats to enhance capability and optimise Workday LMS. GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a Capability Delivery Partner to support the design and delivery of high-impact learning and development solutions that empower our people across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you’ll drive capability growth that directly contributes to business performance, from frontline teams to leaders across our iconic brands. You will work collaboratively across functions, build trusted relationships, and shape how capability is experienced at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Capability Delivery
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (workshops, digital learning, blended programs)
  • Partner with business leaders to understand capability needs and build practical, outcomes-focused solutions
  • Drive activation and adoption of curated content across the organisation
  • Optimise Learning Systems
  • Lead continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (Workday) to enhance performance and user experience
  • Analyse learning data and outcomes to measure impact and identify insights for enhancement
  • Champion Best Practice
  • Bring modern learning principles to life (practical, learner-centric, evidence-based)
  • Support capability planning and alignment to strategic priorities
  • Facilitate lively, impactful learning sessions that build confidence and capability

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering learning programs, workshops or capability interventions
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Comfortable using an LMS and learning analytics to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A practical problem solver who thrives on delivering outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales and service training

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday LMS or similar platforms
  • Background in adult learning design or capability consulting
