Job Description:

Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a Capability and Combat Relevance Management Analyst to support our customer at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and must be a US Citizen
  • MA/MS Degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 10 years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines
  • 3-years of experience using NAVAIR PMT and/or CDRL Tool
  • Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include cost, schedule and/or performance

  • Assist the government in overseeing the Prime Contractor's development of C2BMC, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and warfighter needs
  • Act as a strong advocate for warfighter needs during C2BMC development meetings
