Job Responsibility

Prepare the dining area for service
Prepare the service area, hot cupboards and other equipment
Ensure menu signage and allergen notice board is updated daily
Assist in serving food during mealtimes
Occasionally assist in preparation of food
Wash dishes, cutlery, serving utensils, tables and other catering equipment
Clean daily all recognized catering areas
Undergo any on and off-site training sessions
Ensure dining area, kitchen and plate wash are clean, hygienic and safe
Occasionally assist the chef in basic kitchen food preparation
