Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Pool Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Pool Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
  • Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner
  • fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements
  • anticipate guest needs
  • Set up the pool chaise lounges with covers and towels
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Arrange the Ala Kai comfort station in the morning, make sure it is neat and stocked during their shift and then break and clean it down

Requirements

  • Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
