Requirements

Must have High School Diploma or GED
21+ and currently residing in the USA
Mechanic/Production Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing and meeting completion deadlines
Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills
Quick counting capabilities
Problem identification and able to clearly report progress, status, and observations
Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems with machinery and in processes
Proactive attention to cleaning and sanitation

Job Responsibility

Process, organize, package, and label cannabis products in preparation for distribution to retail sites including flower and edibles
Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced
Measure and document any potential product waste accurately
Learn, interact, and troubleshoot various industrial machinery and equipment that assists in the automated packaging process
Thoroughly cleans machinery, hand tools, containers, and production equipment in accordance with state regulations
Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations
Partner with other departments to maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the production cycle
Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills
Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card
High School Diploma or GED

Job Responsibility

Follow all procedures according to local and state regulations and company policies
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed
Receive, load/unload, organize, and stock incoming inventory items accurately
Maintain Daily Vehicle Inspection Logs/ Delivery Time Logs/ Security Footage Input
Communicates with Home Base location and other parties involved regarding Departure and Arrival times
Review orders and invoices, ensure METRC accurately reflects what is on documents
Updating drivers’ documentation for deliveries if invoices had been edited
Assisting drivers’ launch (helping to load deliveries, double-checking to ensure all boxes are accounted for, and necessary tools are loaded into the vans)
Routing stops for drivers while referencing the internal tracker for appointment times
Assisting drivers as they are at the retail shops, acting as communication liaison
