Job Responsibility:

  • Nurture and manage plants from growth through harvest
  • Rotate through tasks including transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and keeping workspace clean and organized

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 21+ and currently residing in the USA
  • Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtainable upon hire)
  • 1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
  • Cannabis industry experience (a bonus, but we're happy to teach!)
  • Basic math, computer, and organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of process-driven work
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A genuine desire to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team

  • Assist with all aspects of cultivation, including vegetative, flowering, and harvest operations
  • Participate in bucking, trimming, and plant handling whenever fertigation tasks are complete
  • Collaborate with cultivation leadership to align fertigation strategy with overall crop planning and production goals
  • Provide guidance and training to cultivation staff on fertigation practices and system operation
  • Model professional conduct, teamwork, and attention to detail, setting the standard for cultivation teams
