As a Candidate Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's recruitment process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates while providing exceptional care to those out working or within our talent pools. This role demands a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Candidate Care - Keeping in touch via phone, email and SMS with your candidates ensuring they have everything they need to be successful in their assignments or their job search
  • Lead Generation - Using your job market knowledge, job boards and our bespoke 'lead gen' tools to generate new opportunities for your Consultants to follow up
  • Candidate Talent Pooling - Proactively search for and registering individuals looking for work
  • Marketing - Use social media platforms and e-marketing to keep candidates up to date with the roles we are recruiting for and job market insights
  • Admin/Compliance Tasks - Support the Consultants with administrative tasks and ensuring that all compliance is logged on our system
